Car seat buggy 2 in 1. It combines two of the most important pieces of baby gear: the infant car seat and the stroller. It makes getting on and off public transport (and walking up and down steps) much easier.

One of the best options for this is the Doona infant car seat and stroller combo. It's the world's first completely integrated travel system that lets you to switch between your car seat and stroller in seconds without disturbing your sleeping baby.

Simple to use

Car seat and stroller combinations that are simple to use are a must for parents. These travel systems allow you to effortlessly switch between running errands walking the dog and going for an outing. You can also keep track of the changing requirements of your child so that you can enjoy your family adventures. Our testers are impressed by how easily and smoothly these travel systems move, whether they have one front wheel or a swiveling front wheel. The Thule Urban Glide 2 Combo and the BOB Alterrain Pro combo are particularly easy to maneuver and even the Baby Jogger City Mini GT 2 in 1 stroller car seat Combo and the BOB Revolution Flex 3.0 Combo can be pushed effortlessly with just one hand.

Certain models are difficult to attach or remove from the base, though. The Doona Combo requires a two step process of attachment, and straps that cover the bottom of the infant carrier. It's tempting to bypass these steps, but this could lead to dangerous outcomes.

Some models are more difficult to fold or store than others, making them less convenient. Graco FastAction 3 in 1 Car Seat Stroller is difficult to fold due its large dimensions and heavy frames. This model also has a small canopy that some test users find to be disappointing. However, the Britax Parkway Click and Go Combo is easy to fold using the pull of the lever and a click of the button. This model is also a good choice for parents who plan on using their car seat on other vehicles because it can be quickly detached from the base and reattached to any stroller that is standard.

Easy to Fold

It should be easy to unfold and fold the car seat, regardless of whether you are storing it in your trunk, or in the closet. The most efficient combinations we've tried fold easily in one hand and are strong enough to withstand long walks. They are also easy to move and glide smoothly over uneven surfaces. Some combos can only be connected and removed using straps. This may seem like a step in the back and make it harder for parents to secure their child's car seat correctly.

We are awestruck by the BOB Revolution Flex 3.0 Combo due to its practical features and sturdy construction, which include a large storage basket that can be accessed from the front to the back. SafeCenter LATCH, a unique feature of the BOB Revolution Flex 3.0 Combo makes it simple to install car seats by connecting the lower anchors and pulling the straps tight.

It's also relatively lightweight which makes it a great choice for frequent travelers or families with multiple vehicles. The Baby Jogger City Mini GT pushchairs 2 in 1 Combo and the Thule Urban Glide 2 have also scored very well in our tests of ease-of-use. Both have one wheel that's easy to push with one hand. Both have one front wheel that is easy to push (one-handed!). They also come with a versatile swivel wheel, perfect for shopping or running errands. The only drawback is that they are heavy and are difficult to lift up when carrying a child in the car seat.

Easy to Assemble

Some car seat and stroller combinations can be difficult to assemble. We found that the UPPAbaby Cruz v2 Combo was one of the easiest to put together. It even comes with a quick-start guide which makes putting this system together an easy task. Other models, like the UPPAbaby Minu and UPPAbaby Vista v2, Thule urban Glide 2 in 1 pushchairs and Baby Trend Snap-N-Go EX Universal were also fairly easy to put together. The BOB Revolution Flex 3.0 Combo, on the other hand, is difficult to assemble. It requires two steps to attach the lower anchors, and using straps that protect the bottom of the carrier. It's heavy, so it takes two people to snap the carrier in the base, and then to remove it.

In our tests, it took around 5 minutes to assemble the UPPAbaby Cruz v2. This is a relatively quick procedure when you consider the time saved by not having to remove all the individual pieces. The toddler seat can be put together and removed easily on the majority of these models.
