Other than that the fridge is a great choice. It comes with a huge freezer compartment, which is uncommon in counter-depth French door fridges, and it holds a good amount of frozen food when as compared to similar models.

The fridge comes with 17 shelves and compartments. The refrigerator compartment has 18.5 cubic feet of space, which is roughly on what you would expect from a French door refrigerator that costs this much. It has a decent sized icemaker in the left door. However it's not the most spacious one I've seen.

They're easy to open and close, although I found their plastic textured coatings to be a little difficult on the fingers.

The GE PGE29BYTFS Smart Refrigerator comes with the complete set of features you'd expect from a refrigerator in this price range, including Wi-Fi and app support through GE's SmartHQ software. The app, which is available for iOS and Android devices allows you to control your fridge from anywhere in world, and it has many options for customizing. It will also send you notifications when the door is left unlocked and when the freezer or fridge must be defrosted and when the filter needs to be changed.

It would be nice it GE PYE22PYNFS could offer Precise Fill which is a feature that is available in a few GE refrigerators that allow users to select how many cups they want to pour out. It also has an indicator on the fridge display to display how much water you have left, but it's not as effective as Precise fill.

Bosch Counter Depth French Door Refrigerator

The Bosch French-door Refrigerator is an impressive product. It's designed to appear like it's a seamless part of your kitchen. The fridge uses fingerprint-resistant stainless steel, which is a great feature for busy households. The fridge was rated the best refrigerator in our Refrigerators Test for several reasons. The temperature of the freezer remained constant at just above 0°F and never changed more than a fraction - this is essential to avoid freezer burn. The fridge's refrigerator section also performed well, achieving the temperature that was set for the initial setting within a matter of hours and keeping the temperature constant over the course of our testing.

Bosch is a household name for its top-quality appliances. It's therefore no surprise that Bosch's counter depth fridge Bosch counter depth refrigerator can be connected to your home Wi Fi and Bosch's platform Home Connect. This app allows you to monitor and manage your fridge remotely using your smartphone or tablet. The fridge is a bit expensive, but it comes with top-quality features and functions for the price.

There's also a full-width drawer for deli and an inside water dispenser.

This refrigerator has a freezer with an ice maker making it easy to move the frozen ice as needed. The freezer also comes with clever design features, such as sliding drawers that allow you to organize your items. It also has a large container for storing frozen food, and a separate one for ice.

Another great feature of this refrigerator is its Smart InstaView panel. You can control the temperature, lighting, and other aspects of your refrigerator from your smartphone. It's a simple method to keep track of your fridge and manage it, especially when not at home.

The Smart InstaView feature is neat but it doesn't improve the efficiency of the fridge. The refrigerator took longer to defrost food and chill it than other models we tried. This is likely due to the bigger capacity.

The other issue we have with the doors of this refrigerator. They have sunken handles at the front, which allows smaller people to open them from the bottom, however they're not easy for taller people to guide shut without slamming them. It would have been much better to have front-mounted handles.

The LG Counter-Depth MAX is a excellent option for those looking to combine the benefits of a French-door fridge's aesthetics with an efficient layout. Its capacity is above average for a counter-depth model and it cools evenly and has a good layout. It's also less expensive than the top counter-depth refrigerator with an ice maker, which helps make it an attractive option.

You can alter this feature using an adjustable slider that is located just in the middle of the drawer. It is also possible to use this to set a general cooling level for the entire fridge but I've noticed that adjusting the general settings tends to be more effective than specific ones.

During my experiments, I noticed that the temperatures of the refrigerator were fairly consistent across various parts of the fridge. Temperatures at the top and bottom of the fridge didn't vary much from 38 degrees, and the middle of the fridge was within one degree of 36. This is a great performance, but does not quite make it to the top of our rankings.
