4.2.2 Kin Yat shall monitor and annually report to iRobot the percentage of Purchase Orders completed on time, as per the definition of On-time by iRobot, which includes the delivery of all components, materials and products ordered for delivery by iRobot within the Lead Time, plus any required shipping dates identified in the relevant Specifications for Products. Kin Yat shall also maintain records and documentation of all Supplier Quality Assurance activities, testing and evaluations.
